This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor Vijayanagara Bimba will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in the State of Karnataka. Booking Policy

 

Tickets are sold in a First-come-first-serve basis. Due to a limited number of seats in any auditorium, only the first few users can be given tickets. Based on the number of seats available and the demand for the tickets, we restrict the number of tickets that can be purchased by a user. In case you require a greater number of tickets, please contact Vijayanagara Bimba. After all tickets are sold out, we open a waiting list to allow you to get a chance to attend the event. If any tickets are surrendered to Vijayanagara Bimba, the people in the waiting list will be offered the tickets for purchase. The people in the waiting list will also be notified of further shows of the play. The ticket cost once the booking begins will not be changed.

 

Apart from the actual ticket cost, small internet handling charges will be levied by payment processors and banks. Tickets once purchased through this website are non-refundable. Tickets can be booked either for self or in the name of a related person only on the submission of valid data of the related person.

 

Tickets are transferable and the transfer process can be initiated only through vocal consent of the ticket purchasee through their registered mobile number. Tickets are transferable until 24 hours from the start of the event. Tickets for one event cannot be transferred for tickets of other events.

 

Registration Policy

 

This website offers registration for courses and classes offered by Vijayanagara Bimba. As the cost for the enrollment of these courses is a larger amount compared to ticket costs, we do not accept online payments for the registration. We just collect your information and you will be contacted my administrators of Vijayanagara Bimba to proceed with the enrollment. The payment for the enrollment my be done as directed my the Vijayanagara Bimba Management.
